Josh Ryan Evans was a wonderful actor with a tragically short life. He is, perhaps, known best for his roles as Timmy on NBC's Passions and as a young lawyer named Orrin in a few episodes of Ally McBeal. His life ended much too soon...and, ironically, the same day as his character Timmy died on Passions.
